Acton Home Sale Tops $1.5 Million as August Deed Records Show Wide Price Range
Acton recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 13 disclosing a sale price ranging from $206,000 to $1,515,000 and a median of $885,000. The month's top sale was 39 Adams St., which sold for $1,515,000 on Aug. 20. Newtown Road saw two sales, at $1,040,000 and $870,000, while three Canterbury-named streets recorded family trust transfers with no price disclosed. Six of the 19 total transfers, about a third, were trust transactions rather than open-market sales, and five involved condominium units. The data shows a roughly even split between sales above and below $1 million, with no single price tier dominating the period.
