The month's top sale was 19 Lincoln Dr. at $1,250,000, followed by 30 Duggan Rd. at $1,122,000 and 39 Ethan Allen Dr. at $1,025,000. Eight of the 20 deeds were condominium units, and eight involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same surname, consistent with intra-family or trust transfers -- none of which had a price recorded. With nearly half the deeds lacking price data, the data alone does not support characterizing July as a buyer's or seller's market.
