Acton Home Sales Range From $115,000 To $1.25 Million In July

Acton recorded 20 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 11 disclosing a sale price ranging from $115,000 to $1,250,000 and a median of $683,000. The month's top sale was 19 Lincoln Dr. at $1,250,000, followed by 30 Duggan Rd. at $1,122,000 and 39 Ethan Allen Dr. at $1,025,000. Eight of the 20 deeds were condominium units, and eight involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same surname, consistent with intra-family or trust transfers -- none of which disclosed a price. With nearly half the deeds lacking price data, the data alone does not support characterizing July as a buyer's or seller's market.
