Acton Home Sales Range From $218,500 To $1.25 Million In July

Acton recorded 19 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Nine of the 19 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $218,500 to $1,250,000, with a median of $735,000. The month's top sale was 19 Lincoln Dr., which sold for $1,250,000 on July 16. More than half the recorded transfers, 10 of 19, listed no sale price, many involving transfers between family members or into trusts. Seven transfers involved condominium units. With more than half the deeds lacking price data, the available records do not support characterizing the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
