Acton home sales range from $220,000 to $1.48 million in August
Nineteen properties sold in Acton between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Twelve of the 19 sales disclosed a price, ranging from $220,000 to $1,478,000, with a median of $1,001,000. The month's top sale was 6 Lady Slipper Lane at $1,478,000. Six of the 19 transfers moved property from individual owners into revocable trusts held by the same owners, without disclosed prices, a pattern common in estate planning. No single street accounted for more than one sale, and the data does not support characterizing the period as faster or slower than typical.
