Acton Home Sales Range From $400,000 to $1.83 Million in Latest Deed Records
Acton recorded 17 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with disclosed prices ranging from $400,000 to $1.83 million and a median of $980,000 among the 13 sales that listed a price. The month's top sale was 74 Canterbury Hill Rd at $1,830,000, followed by 6 Lady Slipper Ln at $1,478,000. Four transfers carried no disclosed price and appear, based on matching seller and buyer names, to be transfers into family trusts rather than open-market sales. Six of the 17 transactions involved condominium units. No single street saw more than one sale during the period.
