Boston Globe Spotlights Two Acton Homes Tied to Steve Carell's Youth

ACTON — The Boston Globe put two Acton properties in the spotlight this week for their ties to actor Steve Carell's childhood, while Town Hall released its August Municipal Monthly newsletter and the India Association of Greater Boston prepared to bring an Independence Day celebration to NARA Park.

The Acton Memorial Library will close out its summer reading program with a Summer Reading Celebration on Friday, Aug. 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., featuring lawn games and pizza on the library patio while supplies last. The Friends of Acton Public Library are sponsoring the event, which spans the Grady Room, patio and Thomas Room.
