All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Friday, May 29, 12:58 p.m.Threatening: A threatening incident was reported in the area of Great Road.

Friday, May 29, 1:09 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on Charter Road.

Friday, May 29, 1:48 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers spoke with a party on Main Street regarding suspicious activity.

Saturday, May 30, 7:44 a.m.Wires Down / Tree Down: A downed wire was reported on Elm Street and a tree blocking a portion of the roadway on Central Street; both were referred to the appropriate agency.

Saturday, May 30, 8:10–8:57 a.m.Traffic Hazards: Multiple traffic hazards were reported on Main Street and Minot Avenue and were referred to other agencies; a hazard on Hayward Road near Main Street and another on Meyer Hill Drive were resolved by officers.

Saturday, May 30, 8:07–8:10 a.m.Burglar Alarms: Burglar alarms at locations on Main Street and Massachusetts Avenue were investigated; buildings were checked and found secure.

Saturday, May 30, 10:11 a.m.Traffic Hazard: A traffic hazard on Pope Road was addressed by officers.

Saturday, May 30, 10:32 a.m.Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed at Nagog Square.

Saturday, May 30, 12:13 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers spoke with a party on Windsor Avenue regarding suspicious activity.

Saturday, May 30, 12:28 p.m.Tree Down in Road: A tree down in the roadway on Woodfield Road was referred to another agency.

Saturday, May 30, 2:33 p.m.Disturbance: A reported disturbance on Massachusetts Avenue was gone on arrival.

Saturday, May 30, 5:27 p.m.Complaint: A complaint was filed on Davis Road.

Saturday, May 30, 7:29 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on Massachusetts Avenue.

Saturday, May 30, 8:43 p.m.Found/Lost Property: A found/lost property report was filed on Ledge Rock Way.

Sunday, May 31, 8:45 a.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to a suspicious activity report on Quarry Road; the matter was resolved.

Sunday, May 31, 10:08 a.m.Disturbance: Officers spoke with parties involved in a disturbance near Main Street and Railroad Street.

Sunday, May 31, 10:31 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Main Street and Nylander Way.

Sunday, May 31, 11:25 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Unknown Injuries, Vehicle vs. Tree): A crash involving a vehicle and a tree was reported on Brookside Circle; injuries were unknown.

Sunday, May 31, 2:24 p.m.Arrest: A shooting-with-BB-gun incident was reported on Seminole Road. Stephen F. Donovan, 70, of Acton, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

Sunday, May 31, 4:09 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Strawberry Hill Road.

Sunday, May 31, 6:57 p.m.Found/Lost Property: A found/lost property report was filed on Pope Road.

Monday, June 1, 10:12 a.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud incident was reported on Stoneymeade Way.

Monday, June 1, 11:32 a.m.Found/Lost Property: A found/lost property report was filed on Massachusetts Avenue.

Monday, June 1, 12:55 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on Taylor Road.

Monday, June 1, 1:41 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud incident was reported on Great Road.

Monday, June 1, 5:19 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Great Road led to an arrest. Qing Xing You, 52, of Quincy, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (habitual traffic offender) and improper motor vehicle registration to avoid taxes or premiums.

Monday, June 1, 5:52 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud incident was reported at Nagog Square.

Monday, June 1, 6:19 p.m.Summons: A motor vehicle stop on Great Road resulted in a summons. Jorge Oswaldo Ramirez, 70, of Acton, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Monday, June 1, 9:46 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Carlton Drive.

Monday, June 1, 9:03 a.m.Wires Down: Downed wires were reported on Piper Road near Oakwood Road.

Tuesday, June 2, 6:47 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on Avalon Drive.

Tuesday, June 2, 7:17 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash / Arrest: A property-damage crash on Main Street resulted in a summons. Micah Jaquavious Brooks, 24, of Fitchburg, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Tuesday, June 2, 8:20 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (With Injuries): A crash with injuries was reported on Main Street.

Tuesday, June 2, 8:39 a.m.Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed on Summer Street.

Tuesday, June 2, 10:31 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on Taylor Road near Route 2 westbound.

Tuesday, June 2, 10:57 a.m.Vehicle Fire: A vehicle fire on Main Street was reported; the incident was closed.

Tuesday, June 2, 11:35 a.m.Complaint: Officers spoke with a party on Homestead Street regarding a complaint.

Tuesday, June 2, 1:15 p.m.Threatening: A threatening incident was reported on Great Road.

Tuesday, June 2, 2:55 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Unknown Injuries): A crash with unknown injuries on Forest Road was gone on arrival.

Tuesday, June 2, 3:58 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Route 2 eastbound led to an arrest. Geaz Vindilino, 22, of Malden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Tuesday, June 2, 4:19 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Nagog Square.

Tuesday, June 2, 11:01 p.m.Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed on Northbriar Road.

Wednesday, June 3, 1:41 a.m.Disturbance: Officers assisted a party in connection with a disturbance on Avalon Drive.

Wednesday, June 3, 5:27 a.m.Assist Other Agency: Officers assisted another agency on Massachusetts Avenue.

Wednesday, June 3, 6:33 a.m.Trespass: Officers spoke with a party regarding a trespass complaint on Massachusetts Avenue.

Wednesday, June 3, 4:12 p.m.Brush Fire: A brush fire on Nagog Park Drive was reported; the incident was closed.

Wednesday, June 3, 5:26 p.m.Wires Down: Downed wires were reported on Newtown Road near Arlington Street.

Wednesday, June 3, 5:41 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Main Street and Route 2 westbound.

Thursday, June 4, 6:37 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Unknown Injuries): A crash with unknown injuries was reported at Route 2, Exit 118; transport was arranged.

Thursday, June 4, 8:39 a.m.Animal Issue: An animal issue was reported on Elm Street.

Thursday, June 4, 1:00 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers investigated suspicious activity on Elm Street; a building was checked.

Thursday, June 4, 1:34 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on Route 2 eastbound near Piper Road.

Thursday, June 4, 5:32 p.m.Stolen Property: A stolen property report was filed on Elm Street.

Thursday, June 4, 9:50 p.m.Missing Person: A missing person report was filed on Pope Road.

Friday, June 5, 7:57 a.m.Traffic Hazard: A traffic hazard was reported on Massachusetts Avenue near Central Street.
