Saturday, August 1, 9:53 a.m. — Animal Issue: Officers assisted a party regarding an animal issue on Brookside Circle.
Saturday, August 1, 12:21 p.m. — Erratic Operator: Officers spoke with a party following a report of an erratic operator on Main Street.
Saturday, August 1, 12:24 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Personal Injury: A report was filed following a crash at Newtown Road and Lincoln Drive.
Saturday, August 1, 1:41 p.m. — Animal Issue: Services were rendered following an animal issue on Great Road.

Saturday, August 1, 7:00 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident, Property Damage Only: A report was filed following a crash on Foster Street.
Saturday, August 1, 7:21 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A report was filed following an incident on Massachusetts Avenue.
Saturday, August 1, 9:00 p.m. — Tree Down in Roadway: A tree was reported down in the roadway at Great Road and Main Street; services were rendered.
Sunday, August 2, 12:03 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop, Citation Issued: A citation was issued to a motorist at Great Road and Meyer Hill Drive.
Sunday, August 2, 1:24 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Route 2 westbound resulted in an arrest. Michael Jacson Reis Soares, 41, of Fitchburg, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%, and failure to signal.
Sunday, August 2, 12:25 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Officers spoke with a person on Great Road.
Sunday, August 2, 4:30 p.m. — Animal Issue: Officers spoke with a party regarding an animal issue on Greenside Lane.
Sunday, August 2, 4:45 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident, Property Damage Only: Officers assisted a party following a crash on Route 2 eastbound near Piper Road.
Sunday, August 2, 9:08 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Officers spoke with a party on Iris Court.
Monday, August 3, 6:43 a.m. — 911 Call: Officers responded to a 911 hang-up on Main Street; services were rendered.
Monday, August 3, 7:05 a.m. — Larceny/Forgery/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident on Pope Road.
Monday, August 3, 11:14 a.m. — Arrest: Officers served a warrant on Main Street. Daniel Andres Querubin, 21, of Leominster, was charged with a warrant arrest for another agency.
Monday, August 3, 11:30 a.m. — Larceny/Forgery/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident on Main Street.

Monday, August 3, 6:15 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Route 2 eastbound resulted in an arrest. Manuel A. Ramos Figueroa, 45, of Somerville, was charged with open and gross lewdness, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%.

Tuesday, August 4, 8:36 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident, Property Damage Only: A report was filed following a crash at Parker Street and High Street.
Tuesday, August 4, 8:41 a.m. — Animal Issue: A report was filed following an animal issue on Strawberry Hill Road.
