ACTON -- Twenty property deeds were recorded in Acton between June 26 and July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $195,000 to $1,420,000 and a median of $837,500 among the 12 transactions that listed a price.

MARKET OVERVIEW The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 20 Acton property transfers during the period, of which 12 disclosed a sale price and eight did not. Disclosed prices ranged from $195,000 to $1,420,000, with a median of $837,500. Eight of the 20 recorded deeds were transfers into family trusts or between related individuals, a pattern common in estate planning that does not necessarily reflect open-market activity. At 10 John Swift Rd, Richard and Jacqueline Gottesman sold to Yue Ren and Xiang Gao for $1,251,000 on June 30. At 37 Concord Rd, Tae Wook Hwang and Myung Woo Bang sold to William Toth Jr. and Angela Tejada for $1,025,000 on June 26.
