Acton Home Sales Range From $375,000 To $1.4 Million In September
Acton recorded 20 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Eight carried a sale price so far, ranging from $375,000 to $1,401,000 with a median of $1,004,000; the other 12 await price data, typical for recent recordings. The month's top sale was a Willow Street condominium at $1,401,000, bought by Sathappa Murugappan and Palaniappan Nagu from Willow Woods LLC. Notably, 11 of the 20 deeds were same-family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales, and condominium units accounted for half of all recorded transfers, suggesting a mixed month of both ownership restructuring and market activity.
