Acton Home Sales Span $250,000 To $1.32 Million Over Past Month
Acton recorded 18 property transfers from Aug. 28 through Sept. 26, with 10 of those sales carrying a recorded price so far. Prices ranged from $250,000 to $1,320,000, with a median of $755,500 among priced sales. The period's top transaction was 41 Taylor Road, which sold for $1,320,000. Eight of the 18 transfers involved matching family surnames between seller and buyer, a pattern consistent with trust or estate transfers; those sales have no price on record yet. The data show a mix of single-family and condominium sales, with Skyline Drive the only street recording more than one transaction.
