Acton's Priciest Sale Tops $1.3 Million as Median Holds at $525,500
Acton recorded 18 property transfers from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds data. Of those, 10 sales carried a recorded price, ranging from $206,000 to $1,320,000, with a median of $525,500. The period's highest-priced sale was 41 Taylor Rd, which sold for $1,320,000 on Aug. 28. Eight of the 18 transfers show matching seller and buyer surnames with a trustee designation, suggesting family or estate transfers rather than open-market sales, and most of those lack a recorded price so far, which is typical for recently filed deeds. Condominium units accounted for six of the period's transfers.
