Friday, August 28, 10:53 a.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on the 100 block of Great Road.
Friday, August 28, 11:06 a.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on Elm Street. David Barry Sutherland, 48, of Acton, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% (second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Friday, August 28, 11:46 a.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Oneida Road.
Friday, August 28, 2:46 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Strawberry Hill Road.
Friday, August 28, 3:13 p.m. — Wires Down: Wires were reported down on Jackson Drive; the call was referred to another agency.
Friday, August 28, 7:29 p.m. — Robbery: A robbery was reported on Central Street.
Friday, August 28, 7:30 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Central Street.
Saturday, August 29, 12:40 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Main Street.
Saturday, August 29, 12:56 p.m. — Wires Down: Wires were reported down on Windsor Avenue.
Saturday, August 29, 2:25 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported on Massachusetts Avenue; a vehicle was towed from the scene.
Saturday, August 29, 6:45 p.m. — Dog Bite: A dog bite was reported on Newtown Road.
Saturday, August 29, 8:23 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Powdermill Road.
Sunday, August 30, 6:57 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A motor vehicle crash of unknown injury status was reported on Nagog Hill Road.
Sunday, August 30, 8:26 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle crash of unknown injury status occurred on Main Street. Michael Gilardi, 39, of Westford, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child endangerment while Operating Under the Influence, and a marked lanes violation.
Monday, August 31, 7:11 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A property-damage-only motor vehicle crash was reported at Massachusetts Avenue and Charter Road.
Monday, August 31, 9:26 a.m. — Threatening: A threatening complaint was reported on Drummer Road.
Monday, August 31, 2:24 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A property-damage-only motor vehicle crash was reported at Post Office Square.
Monday, August 31, 6:03 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Parker Street.
Tuesday, September 1, 8:55 a.m. — Arrest: Officers executed a warrant at an address on Elm Street. David Barry Sutherland, 48, of Acton, was charged with warrant arrest on behalf of another agency.
Tuesday, September 1, 7:13 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A property-damage-only motor vehicle crash was reported on Pope Road.
Wednesday, September 2, 1:00 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Hartland Way.
Wednesday, September 2, 5:22 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported on Main Street.
Wednesday, September 2, 11:47 p.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was resolved on Route 2 Eastbound.
Thursday, September 3, 12:24 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a harassment prevention order violation on Parker Street. An-Dan Thi, 64, of Acton, was charged with violation of a harassment prevention order.
Thursday, September 3, 4:33 p.m. — Tree Limb on Wires: A tree limb on wires was reported at Elm Street and Central Street; the call was referred to another agency.
Thursday, September 3, 9:53 p.m. — Threatening: A threatening complaint was reported on Elm Street.
