Friday, September 5, 2:37 a.m. — Alarm: A burglar alarm on Main Street was determined unfounded.
Friday, September 5, 9:03 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash with injuries was reported on Nagog Park Drive.
Friday, September 5, 12:50 p.m. — Fire/Hazmat Incident: A hazmat incident on School Street was addressed and closed.
Friday, September 5, 2:33 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Brook Street.
Sunday, September 6, 1:44 p.m. — Threatening: A threatening incident was reported on Trillium Circle.
Sunday, September 6, 4:08 p.m. — Assault: An assault was reported on Ledge Rock Way.
Sunday, September 6, 10:36 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance call on Old Village Road found the scene clear on officers' arrival.
Monday, September 7, 10:06 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Great Road.
Monday, September 7, 1:30 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Brook Street.
Monday, September 7, 1:34 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only crash occurred at Great Road and Main Street.
Tuesday, September 8, 9:21 a.m. — Vandalism: Vandalism was reported on Harris Street.
Tuesday, September 8, 1:53 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance on Hosmer Street was addressed.
Tuesday, September 8, 6:00 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Main Street resulted in an arrest on an outstanding warrant from another agency. Osmarino Jose De Lima, 36, of Northborough, was charged with an equipment violation and a miscellaneous motor vehicle offense.
Wednesday, September 9, 8:37 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only crash was reported on Charter Road.
Wednesday, September 9, 5:01 p.m. — Noise Complaint: A noise complaint on Brook Street was addressed.
Wednesday, September 9, 5:40 p.m. — Health Concern: A health concern involving trash on Harris Street was addressed.
Thursday, September 10, 1:11 a.m. — Alarm: A burglar alarm on Powdermill Road was determined unfounded.

Thursday, September 10, 8:52 p.m. — Complaint: A complaint was reported on Elm Street.
